ABOUT THE COMPANY
35cl Cocktail Co. is a beverage company that aims to explore the boundaries of flavors through bottled cocktails. We create technical and deliberate cocktails in small and limited batches, each with a specific flavor profile in mind.
A collection of bottled cocktails will be launched biannually. Every release will feature three beverages at limited quantities, and will be categorized and made with an intended taste profile. Each bottle is made as you order, in the pursuit of flavor.
OUR STORY
We started 35cl Cocktail Co. as a passion project. It is the result of endlessly wanting to create, merged with our love for beverages and design. From hosting intimate cocktail nights with friends to giving pre-made drinks as gifts, what began as a pastime eventually turned into what the brand is today–our journal towards exploring flavor.
Coming from a specialty coffee background, we integrated a lot of elements of this and how the industry works into our brand and the way we create our cocktails: transparent, thorough, and thoughtful.
WHY WE BOTTLE
Bottling serves three main purposes. The first of which is convenience, so that the drink may be consumed anytime and anywhere. Secondly, the ingredients harmonize and meld together as they interact over time, resulting in a deeper and more enhanced flavor. Lastly, as an assurance of quality and consistency, without external pressures.
