Flavor Catalog

Cocktails are generally grouped into categories based on the nature of their ingredients and their preparation methods. These give an overview of what can be expected of a drink – from its taste profile to its general alcohol content.

The three categories under 35cl Cocktail Co. describe an overall spectrum of flavors that we use to classify each beverage. Every release will feature one cocktail from each of the categories: Sour, Experimental, and Built.
