CE001 was inspired by the complexity of Campari as an aperitif. The cocktail was created using an old technique called the “Clarified Milk Punch,” which dates back to the 1600s. This involves combining milk with citrus and other acidic components. The milk then curdles up, trapping the impurities, which renders a clear and smooth beverage.

Enjoy CE001 on the rocks for pronounced notes of grapefruit zest and orange acidity. Alternatively, it may be enjoyed with soda water for a more refreshing take, with notes of sparkling white wine and lemon acidity.

Serving Suggestion

On The Rocks: Pour approximately 3.5 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass over ice. (Notes: Grapefruit Zest, Orange Acidity)

Alternative Method: Pour 3 oz. of the cocktail into a Collins Glass with ice. Top with soda water in a 1:1 ratio (Cocktail : Soda Water). Stir 1–2 times to incorporate. (Notes: Sparkling White Wine, Lemon Acidity)
