CE007 was inspired by turon, a popular Philippine snack–typically made with bananas, jackfruit, and brown sugar. Lambanog, a traditional Filipino distillate made from coconut, was sous vide with lakatan bananas and acts as the base spirit of the drink. This cocktail is our interpretation of summertime at home.

Enjoy CE007 on the rocks for pronounced notes of banana and yoghurt. Alternatively, it may be enjoyed with egg whites for a more creamy take, with notes of banana pie and toffee.
