CE018 is a fruity version of a beloved classic–the whiskey sour. It was inspired by the combination of berries and cream, a hearty and familiar flavor profile. The cocktail features a mint and rosemary tincture, which complements the sweetness and tartness of the Crème de Mûre and the mixed berries syrup.

Enjoy CE018 on the rocks for pronounced notes of blackberry and spearmint. Alternatively, it may be enjoyed with egg whites for a creamy take, with notes of yoghurt and candied berries.

Serving Suggestion

On The Rocks: Pour approximately 2.75 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass over ice. (Notes: Blackberry, Spearmint)

Alternative Method: Pour 2.5 oz. of the cocktail into a shaker (Boston) with 1 oz. of egg whites. Give the mixture a dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and perform a hard shake (with ice) for 15–20 seconds. Double strain the cocktail (Hawthorne and Fine Strainer) into a Coupe Glass. (Notes: Yoghurt, Candied Berries)
