CE010 is a manifestation of 35cl Cocktail Co. and Purveyr’s image of creative exploration and personal pursuit. This cocktail was done in collaboration with Purveyr in celebration of their 8th Anniversary campaign: “All Minds are Creative.”

The beverage was inspired by bright and floral iced coffees sipped in a neighborhood café while working. It features cascara from Kalsada Coffee’s 2019-2020 harvest, along with superfoods that are known to enhance productivity.

Scent 001, which was inspired by the use of essential oils, was created to accompany the drink and gives the beverage a floral and sweeter profile.

Serving Suggestion

On The Rocks: Pour approximately 3 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass over ice for a tart and nutty finish. Spray 1-2 times with Scent 001 for a more floral and sweet variation. (Notes: Cascara, Hazelnut)

Alternative Method: Pour 2 oz. of the cocktail into a Collins Glass with ice. Top with 1.5 oz of soda water in a 4:3 ratio (Cocktail : Soda Water). Spray 2-3 times with Scent 001. Stir 3-4 times to incorporate. (Notes: Cascara Soda, Jasmine Tea)
