CE011 was inspired by refreshing, spiced fruit punches enjoyed with friends over the holidays. The cocktail takes its name from the drink’s ingredients–majority of which have different hues of red, a color that is typically associated with the season. This cocktail is reminiscent of drinks enjoyed with good company.
Enjoy CE011 on the rocks for pronounced notes of sichuan peppercorns and dried strawberries. Alternatively, it may be enjoyed with soda water for a more refreshing take, with notes of sparkling apple juice and pink peppercorn.

Serving Suggestion
On The Rocks: Pour approximately 2.75 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass over ice. (Notes: Sichuan Peppercorn, Dried Strawberries)
Alternative Method: Pour 2 oz. of the cocktail into a Champagne Flute with ice. Top with 1.5 oz. Soda Water in a 4:3 ratio (Cocktail : Soda Water). Stir 3–4 times to incorporate. (Notes: Sparkling Apple Juice, Pink Peppercorn)
