CE012 stems from a well-loved Christmas treat—the gingerbread cookie. The drink has strong nutty and spicy notes and was made to be paired well with milk. Gingerbread realizes the comfort of childhood treats–milk and cookies in liquid form.
Enjoy CE012 on the rocks for pronounced notes of gingerbread and pecan. Alternatively, it may be enjoyed with full cream or oat milk for a more creamy take, with notes of horchata and hazelnut.

On The Rocks: Pour approximately 3 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass over ice. (Notes: Gingerbread, Pecan)
Alternative Method: Pour 2 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass with ice. Add 3 oz. of Oat Milk (2:3 Ratio ; Cocktail : Oat Milk) or 1.5 oz. of milk (4:3 Ratio ; Cocktail : Milk). Stir 3–4 times to incorporate. (Notes: Horchata, Hazelnut)
