CE013 is a rift of the classic cocktail, the Hot Toddy. It takes its cue from Korean grain teas, due to their adaptability to be enjoyed hot or iced. Barley is best enjoyed on a chilly night in an intimate setting–close to your loved ones or peacefully by yourself.

Enjoy CE013 on the rocks for pronounced notes of iced barley tea and honeyed dates. Alternatively, it may be enjoyed with hot water for a soothing take, with notes of spiced honey and lemon zest.

Serving Suggestion

On The Rocks: Pour approximately 2.5 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass over ice. (Notes: Iced Barley Tea, Honeyed Dates)

Alternative Method: Pour 2 oz. of the cocktail into a coffee cup. Add 2 oz. of hot water (1:1 ratio). Stir 1–2 times to incorporate. Garnish with a lemon wheel. (Notes: Spiced Honey, Lemon Zest)
